Reservation Review Process

• Once you submit your complete reservation details, our team will review your application.
• This includes verifying the availability of the booth number you selected.

Booth Availability

• Submission of the form does not guarantee booth assignment.
• Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability at the time of review.

Approval & Payment

• If your requested booth is available, our team will contact you via phone number or email provided to proceed with payment.
• Reservations are only valid once payment is received and confirmed.

Confirmation Email & Ticket

• After payment is completed and your reservation is approved, you will receive an official confirmation email.
• This email will include your booth number and a registered artist ticket.

Accuracy of Information

• Please ensure all information provided is accurate.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the review process or result in reservation denial.

Cancellation Policy

• Once confirmed, booth reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.

Event Guidelines

• All participants must comply with the event’s code of conduct.
• Participants must also follow local health and safety regulations, and guidelines set by the Cambodia Ink Fest organizing committee.
